Court Visit

Vinayak Siddha College offers different court visit for the students of law stream. The main objective of court visit is to help the student in understanding the role of the court and judiciary. Generally, students get several opportunities to explore about court, legal system and process that takes place formally. We believe such visit will be a prior way to encourage students towards legal assets. Vinayak Siddha College emphasizes in understanding the role of court in dispensing justice in different cases. The students learn the role of prosecutors, lawyers, and the way cases are proceeded in a court. They get ample opportunity to examine the roles of the judges, prosecutors and defense lawyers. At the mean-while, they learn the ways of handling the case, the relationship of the prosecutors and the concerned stakeholder. Therefore, the students studying at Vinayak Siddha College get opportunity to visit High Court, District Court, Supreme Court and other places where they can enhance their understanding.
